Section 5: Vesting of rights, etc

Accordingly-(a) all the assets and liabilities held or incurred by or on behalf of the Teaching Hospital shall by virtue of this Act and without further assurance vest in the Hospital renamed by this Act and be held by it for the purposes of the Hospital;
(b) all agreements, contracts deeds and other instruments to which the Teaching Hospital was a party shall, so far as possible and subject to any necessary modifications, have effect as if the Hospital re-named by this Act had been party thereto in place of the Teaching Hospital.
