Section 2: Board of management of the Hospital

There shall be established for the management of the Hospital a Board of management to be known as the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital Board of Management (in this Act referred to as "the Board") which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name and may, for and in connection with the purposes of this Act, acquire, hold and dispose of movable and immovable property.
