Section 1: Change of name of Anambra State University of Technology Teaching Hospital

As from the commencement of this Act the Anambra State University of Technology Teaching Hospital Management Board (in this Act referred to as "the Teaching Hospital") established by the Anambra State University of Technology Teaching Hospital Management Board Edict 1988 shall be known and referred to as the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital (in this Act referred to as "the Hospital").
