Section 50: Confidentiality

(1) A member of the Board, Management, Director-General, officer, employee or other staff of the Bureau shall not divulge or use any information acquired in the exercise of their powers or functions under this Act.
(2) A person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not more than N2,000,000 or imprisonment for a term not more than one year or both.
