Section 9: Interpretation

1964Section 9 of 10•Federal Republic of Nigeria

In this Act-
"the Minister" means-(a) in relation to institutes other than the Trypanosomiasis Institute, the Minister responsible for agricultural research; and
(b) in relation to the Trypanosomiasis Institute, the Minister responsible for veterinary research.
