Section 6: Annual report

It shall be the duty of each of the institutes to furnish to the Minister, as soon as may be after the end of each year, a report on the activities of the institute during that year; and the Minister shall-(a) submit to the President a copy of each report received by him in pursuance of this section; and
(b) send a copy of each report to the Governor of each State.
