Section 7: Regulations

(1) The Council of each institute may make regulations generally for its purposes under this Act; and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, regulations may provide for the disciplinary control over the staff of the institute concerned.
(2) Regulations made under subsection (1) of this section shall not have effect until they are approved by the Minister and have thereafter been published in the Federal Gazette.
