Section 68: Discharge of lien by payment or release

The Authority may permit goods liable to a lien to be removed without regard to the lien, on production to the Authority of a document purporting to be-(a) a receipt for the amount claimed as due; or
(b)
a release for the amount of any lien to which goods are liable under section 67 of this Act, from the person by or on whose behalf a notice has been given under that section, if it is satisfied as to the authenticity of the document.
