Section 47: Inquiries into conduct of pilots

A pilotage board may, and shall, when directed by the Minister, hold an inquiry into the conduct of-(a) a pilot against whom an allegation of misconduct is made; or
(b) a pilot in charge of a ship which--
(i) touches the ground; or
(i) runs foul of any other ship; or
(iii) runs foul of a wharf, buoy, mole or beacon
