Section 45: Duties of pilotage board

A pilotage board shall--(a) hold inquiries concerning the conduct of pilots in the discharge of their duties in the pilotage district;
(b) license pilots for the pilotage district on behalf of the Authority; and
(c) hold examinations in connection with the licensing of pilots for the pilotage district.
