Section 110: Behaviour of employees of the Authority

An employee of the Authority who is in a state of intoxication while on duty, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction--(a)
if the improper performance of his duty due to the intoxication is likely to endanger the safety of any person, to a fine of N20,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; and
(b)
in any other case, to a fine not exceeding N10,000
