Section 63: Payment of Royalty for Sale of Mineral Resources under Exploration Licence.

2007Section 63 of 165•Federal Republic of Nigeria

The holder of an exploration Licence who sells any Mineral Resources as provided for in this Act shall be subject to the payment of royalty as if the Mineral Resources sold were obtained under a mining lease.
