Section 52: Qualification for Water Use Permit.

A qualified applicant for a Water Use Permit is-
(a) the Holder of the Exploration License, Mining Lease or Quarry Lease at the time that the water right granted will be used ; or
(b) an applicant for a Mining Lease, Small Scale Mining Lease, or Quarry Lease for whlch the water right will be required to be used.
