Section 53: Prohibition of certain Persons from obtainning Mineral Titles.

The Mining Cadastre Office shall not grant a mineral title under this Act to an applicant if it is shown that within a period of five years before the date of the application a shareholder holding a controlling share of the applicant has been convicted of an offence under this Act.
