Section 108: Assessment of compensation.

2007Section 108 of 165•Federal Republic of Nigeria

The amount of the compensation payable under the provisions of this Part of this Chapter shall be determined by the Mining Cadastre after consultation with the State Minerals Resource and Environmental Management Committee and a Government licensed Valuer.
