Section 105: Acceptance of rent not to operate as waiver of forfeiture.

The acceptance of any rent by or on behalf of the State shall not be held to operate as waiver by the state of -(a) any forfeiture accruing by reason of the breach of any of the provision of this Act, or the regulations made under it ; or
(b) any covenant or condition, express or implied, in any lease granted under any previous enactment or instrument.
