Section 100: Notice to owner or occupier.

When an application is made for a Mineral title in respect of an area which includes any private land occupied under a state lease or right of occupancy, the notice of the application, shall be given in the prescribed manner to the owner or occupier of the land and consent obtained before the licence is granted, otherwise the licence may be granted with exclusion of the private land in question.
