Section 22: Offences by individuals or corporate bodies

A person who contravenes a provision of this part commits an offence and on conviction shall-(a) in the case of an individual, be liabie to a fine of N100,000.00 or imprisonment for a term of 6 months or both;
(b) in the case of a body corporate, be liable to a fine of not less than N1,000,000.00.
