Section 20: Form of application for seafarers

(1) All applications for registration shall be in the form prescribed by the Council from time to time and shall be accompanied by the following-
(a) four passport photographs;
(b) evidence of educational qualification with mandatory courses;
(c) medical certificate; and
(d) birth certificate or declaration of age.
