Section 26: Wages and remunerations

registered stevedoring company, jetty or terminal operator and seafarer employer shall-(a) pay wages or other remuneration directly to a dock worker or seafarer for service rendered; and
(b) not pay wages or remuneration through a supervisor, headman or any person in charge of a gang of dock workers or seafarers.
