Section 59: Obstructing the Agency in performance of its duties

A person who, at any time, hinders, obstructs or molests the Agency or any of its employees, agents or contractors in the performance and execution of their duty or of anything which they are respectively empowered or required to do so by virtue, of or in consequence of, this Act, commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding N650,000.00 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such imprisonment and fine.
