Section 4: Tenure of office.

(1) The members of the Board, other than ex-officio members, shall each hold office for a term of three years in the first instance and may be re-appointed for a further term of three years and no more.
(2) The members of the Board shall be paid such allowances as the Minister may, from time to time, determine.
(3) A member of the Board, other than an ex-officio member, may resign his appointment by notice in writing under his hand, addressed to' the Minister and which resignation shall take effect only upon acknowledgement by the Minister.
