Section 1: Establishment of the Joint Dock Labour Industrial Council.

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the Joint Dock Labour Industrial Council (in this Act referred to as the "Council") which shall-
(a) be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal; and
(b) may sue or be sued in its corporate name.
