Section 6: Termination of Board's membership.

(6) Where -
(a) it appears to the Minister that a member of the Board should be removed from office on grounds of misconduct or inability to perform the functions of his office;
(b) the Minister is satisfied that the continued presence on the Board of any member is not in the national interest or interest of the Board,
the Minister shall declare in writing the office of that member vacant.
