Section 3: Tenure of office

Subject to the provisions of section 5 of this Act, a member of the Board, other than
ex-officio members, shall hold office-(a) for a term of four years in the first instance and may be re-appointed for a further
term of four years and no more; and
(b) on such terms and conditions as may be specified in his letter of appointment.
