Section 1: Establishment of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the Nigerian Airspace Management
Agency (in this Act referred to as "the Agency").
(2) The Agency shall -
(a) be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal;
(b) may sue or be sued in its corporate name; and
(c) own, hold or dispose of property (whether movable or immovable).
