Section 16: Annual report.

The Agency shall prepare and submit to the Minister, through the Board an annual report of its activities, not later than 30 June of each year and such report shall include a copy of the audited accounts and the auditor's report of the Agency.

2 The Agency shall, not later than the 30 September of each year, submit to the Minister through the Board, an annual report of each of its subsidiary institutions for the preceding year.
