Section 14: Annual estimates.

1 The Board shall submit to the Minister, not later than 31 October of each year, its progamme of work and estimates of its income and expenditure for the following year.

2 The Board shall cause to be kept proper accounts and records of the Agency in respect of each financial year in relation to the accounts.
