Section 15: Account and Audit.

The Agency shall, not later than 30 of June of each financial year, submit its accounts to the auditors appointed from the list of qualified auditors in accordance with guidelines laid down by Auditor-General for the Federation, and the auditors' fees and expenses shall be paid from the Funds of the Agency.
