Section 6: Tobacco Control Unit

(1)
There is established in the Ministry, the Tobacco Control Unit (in this Act referred to as "the Unit") charged with carrying out the plans, policies, projects and programmes of the Committee and the Ministry.
(2)
The Unit shall comprise of a Chairperson and other staff appointed by the Minister on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Minister.
