Section 7: Establishment of zonal offices

(1) For the purpose of effectively discharging its functions under this Act, the Agency shall divide the Federation into such number of operational zones as it may deem necessary.
(2) Each zone shall have a zonal office which shall be headed by an officer of sufficient seniority and competence and shall have such other officers and employees as may be necessary to enable the Agency to discharge its functions in the zone.
