Section 11: Conditions of service of officers and staff

Without prejudice to the provisions of section 8 of this Act, the terms and conditions of service including terms and conditions as to remuneration, allowances, retirement and other benefits of the officers and other employees the Agency shall be such as may be determined by the Board with the approval of the Minister.
