Section 6: Power of Minister to give directions

(1) Subject to this Act, the Minister may give to the Agency directions of a general character or relating generally to a particular matter (but not to any individual person or case) with regard to the exercise by the Agency of its functions and powers under this Act.
(2) It shall be the duty of the Agency to comply with a direction given by the Minister under subsection (1) of this section.
