Section 33: Power to Accept Gift.

The Agency may accept gift of land, money, property or loan, upon such terms and conditions if any, as may be specified by the person or organization making the gift provided that the conditions attached by the person making the gifts are not inconsistent with the objectives of the Agency and the Federal Government policy.
