Section 30: Power to Purchase, Build or Lease Property.

For the purpose of providing offices and premises necessary for the performance of its functions, the Agency may, subject to the Land Use Act-(a) purchase or take on lease any interest in land, building or property; and
(b) build, equip and maintain offices and premises.
