Section 29: Annual Report.

(1) The Agency shall prepare and submit to the Council not later than 30th June in each year, a report on the activities of the Agency, the audited accounts of the Agency and the auditors' report for each year preceding the report.
(2) The Agency shall, not later than 30th September in each year, submit to the Council the annual report of each of its centers for the preceding year.
