Section 11: Staff of the Commission

(1) The Commission may, subject to the approval of the Board, appoint other staff as it deems necessary for the Commission —
(a) for the performance of its functions under this Act; and
(b) on terms and conditions with allowances and benefits as may be determined by the Board in consultation with the National Salaries Incomes and Wages Commission.
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1), staff of the Commission may be appointed by the Commission by way of transfer, secondment, deployment or posting from the Public Service of the Federation.
