Section 15: Expenditure of the Commission

The Commission may apply the proceeds of the Account established under section 14 (1) of this Act —(a) to the cost of administration of the Commission;
(b) to a limit as to what the Commission will expend in accordance with financial regulations;
(c) to reimburse members of the Board or any committee set up by the Board, for such expenses as may be expressly authorised by the Board;
(d) to the payment of salaries, allowances, pensions, and other retirement benefits payable to the staff of the Commission, provided that no payment of any kind except as may be expressly authorised by the Board, shall be made to a person who is in receipt of emoluments from the Federal or State Government;
(e) for the maintenance of property vested in the Commission; and
(f) for other expenditure in connection with the functions of the Commission under this Act.
