Section 7: Annual report.

The Board shall as soon as may be after the expiration of the financial year prepare and submit to the Minister a report of its activities during the preceding financial year, and shall include in the report a copy of the audited accounts of the Fund for that year and a copy of the auditor's report on the accounts.
