Section 1: Establishment of National Science and Technology Fund.

(1) There is hereby established a fund to be known as the National Science and Technology Fund (hereinafter in this Act referred to as "the Fund") which shall be an integral part of the Ministry.
(2) Subject to the supervision of the Minister and to the Provisions of section 2 of this Act, the Fund shall be serviced by employees in the Ministry.
