Section 5: Power to give directions to the Board.

(1) The Minister may give to the Board directions of a general character or relating generally to matters or policy with respect to any of the functions of the Board under this Act and it shall be the duty of the Board to comply with such directions.
(2) The directions referred to in subsection (1) of this section shall be conveyed to the Board through the Chairman by the Minister.
