Section 53: Forgery or false entry of statements.

A person who forges or makes false entry or statement-(a) on an application for admission under this Act,
(b) in any medical report or recommendation under this Act, or
(c) in any other document required or authorised to be made under this Act,
commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of N2,000,000 or imprisonment for a term of at least two years or both.
