Section 52: Refusal to supply information.

A person who fails or refuses to supply any information required by the Department in the exercise of its powers under this Act commits an offence and is liable on conviction-(a) in the case of a body corporate, to a fine of N100,000; and
(b) in the case of an individual, to fine of N50,000 or imprisonment for a term of at least six months or to both.
