Section 50: Power of the judge in emergency.

Where it is represented to the judge and he has reason to believe that a person may be incapable by reason of mental disorder of managing or administering his property and affairs, and the judge is of opinion that it is necessary to make immediately provision for any of the matters referred to in section 49 of this Act, the judge may exercise any of the powers conferred on him under section 49 so far as is requisite for enabling that provision to be made, pending the question whether the said person is incapable as aforesaid.
