Section 52: Indemnity officers.

A member of the Council, the Director-General, any officer or employee of the Authority shall be indemnified out of the assets of the Authority against any liability incurred by him in defending any proceeding, whether civil or criminal, if such proceeding is brought against the person in his capacity as a member, Director-General, officer or other employee of the Authority.
