Section 50: Limitation of suit against Authority.

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the provisions of the Public Officers Protection Act shall apply in relation to any suit instituted against any officer or employee of the Authority.
(2) No suit shall be commenced against the Authority, a member of the Council or the Director-General of the Authority before the expiration of a period of one month after written notice of intention to commence the suit shall have been served upon the Authority by the intending plaintiff or his agent. (3) The notice referred to in subsection (2) shall clearly state the-
(a) cause of action;
(b) particulars of the claims;
(c) name and place of abode of the intended plaintiff; and
(d) relief which he claims.
