Section 63: Savings and transitional provisions

(1)
Anything done before the commencement of this Act under a provision of any other relevant Act or regulation which could have been done under a provision of this Act shall be regarded as having been done under the corresponding provision of this Act.
(2)
The Minister may prescribe such further transitional arrangements as may be necessary in the circumstance.
