Section 60: Powers of Minister to appoint committees

(1)
The Minister may, after consultation with the National council, establish such number of advisory and technical committees as may be necessary to achieve the objects of this Act.
(2)
When establishing an advisory or technical committee, the Minister may determine by notice or circular-
(a) its composition, functions and working procedure ; and
(b) any incidental matter relating to that advisory or technical committee.
