Section 8: Funds of the Board, etc.

(1) The funds of the Board shall consist of-
(a) such sums as may, from time to time, be provided by the Federal Government and the State Governments;
(b) such sums as may, from time to time, be lent to the Board by any person; and
(c) such other sums as may accrue to the Board in the execution of its functions under this Act.
(2) The Board shall not later than 1 August in each year or so soon thereafter as the Minister may in a proper case allow, submit to the Minister for approval its estimates of revenue and expenditure in respect of the year, beginning with 1 April in the following year.
