Section 6: Appointment of secretary and other staff of the Board

(1) The Board shall appoint a secretary to the Board and such other officers and employees as it thinks fit.
(2) The terms of employment of officers and employees of the Board shall be determined by the Board after consultation with the Federal Civil Service Commission.
